Chelsea Hobbs & Ayla Kell in ABC Family's 'Make It or Break It'

Chelsea Hobbs and Ayla Kell star in the new ABC Family original series, Make It or Break It, which will premiere on Monday, June 22^nd, at 9:00/8:00 central.

Chelsea Hobbs started acting, as well as singing and dancing, at a young age and has already appeared in numerous projects. She won a Canadian Leo award for her role in Hallmark’s Snow Queen. She has had a reoccurring role on Showtime’s The L Word, and has made guest appearances on shows such as Seven Days and Cold Case. She also appeared in the movie Lords of Dogtown.

Ayla Kell started acting at the age of four when she performed on stage at the Los Angeles Opera. She has appeared in television shows such as Malcolm in the Middle, Weeds, and CSI: Miami. She also appeared in the movie The Omega Code and the television movie The Barbara Mandrell Story.

Make It or Break It follows the world of competitive gymnastics and how it affects the gymnasts’ real lives. The story revolves around new to town Emily Kmetko ( Hobbs) and the already established top gymnast Payson Keeler (Kell). After receiving a scholarship to The Rock gymnastics training center in Colorado, Kmetko jumps at the chance to make her dream come true. However, Keeler, who is used to being at the top, and some of the other girls, are unhappy with the newcomer. The girls must face pressure from all directions and each other if they want to win. The two actresses recently took time to talk to a panel of the assembled online media to discuss the new show, and their roles.
