This weekend marks the debut of the new Steel Magnolias on Lifetime. The new adaptation of the iconic play and film, which is executive produced by Craig Zadan, Neil Meron, and Queen Latifah, premieres Sunday night. Latifah also stars in the film as M'Lynn, along with Phylicia Rashad, Adepero Oduye, Condola Rashad, Jill Scott, and Alfre Woodard

Latifah, Zadan, and Meron, who previously worked together on Chicago and Hairspray, recently talked to the press about the new movie.

Ellen Dubin is probably best known for her work in science fiction and fantasy television, with roles on series such as Forever Knight, Lexx, and The Collector, but she has a list of credits in other genres as well, such as for her role in Napoleon Dynamite.

More recently Dubin has done voice work for The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim and Guild Wars 2, and will appear on The Listener, as well as the upcoming film Dead Before Dawn 3D.

The actress talked about some of her recent projects in an exclusive interview with Jamie Ruby of SciFi Vision.

Syfy's hit series Warehouse 13 is about to go into hiatus and will return in April, but first there is a shocking mid-season four cliffhanger coming. The actors of the show, Eddie McClintock, Saul Rubinek, and Allison Scagliotti, as well as the executive producer Jack Kenny, took time recently in a conference call to talk to the media about the upcoming episodes.

Harold Perrineau is probably best known for his role as Michael on Lost, but recently the actor plays a much different character as he joins the cast of FX's Sons of Anarchy. His character, Damon Pope, is a ruthless man, out for revenge after his daughter has been murdered.

Perrineau, who also stars in the upcoming series, The Wedding Band, talked to the media about Sons of Anarchy, as well as some of his other roles, in a recent press conference.

Even if you don't recognize his face, you've probably seen Robert Englund before; he's probably most known for playing Freddy Krueger. Englund, however, quite the accomplished actor, has many credits to his name, from horror films such as The Mangler and Wishmaster, to other films such as Phantom of the Opera, to guest starring on television on shows such as Supernatural and Criminal Minds, and everything in between.

One of Englund's newest projects is the Syfy original movie Lake Placid: The Final Chapter. Englund plays the role of poacher Jim Bickerman, the last member of the Bickerman family. The fourth film in the series combines crocodiles and fun like only a Syfy Saturday film can.

Robert Englund recently talked to the press about the film, which premieres tonight on Syfy.

Season three of Haven recently returned to Syfy, and this week's episode introduces a new character to the series, Dr. Claire Callahan, played by Bree Williamson, who is has not only come to Haven to help Audrey cope with her problems, but also to help the "Troubled" with their afflictions, as well as profile and catch them when need be.

Williamson, known for her roles on such shows as Gossip Girl and One Life to Live, recently talked to the media about her upcoming episode.

Season five of Fringe premieres tomorrow on Fox. The episode picks up after the events from last season's "Letters of Transit" in the year 2036. The Fringe team have preserved themselves in amber, and they and an adult Etta reunite to find out what happened to Olivia and try to find a way to stop the Observers in "Transilience Thought Unifer Model-11."

In preparation for tomorrow's episode, J.H. Wyman, the executive producer and showrunner, talked to the digital media about the final season.

New Girl returns to Fox Tuesday, September 25 with all new episodes. Series star Zooey Deschanel, who was recently nominated for an Emmy for her part, will also be guest starring on the season premiere of The Simpsons on Sunday, September 30. Deschanel is known for her work in films such as The Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy and The Happening, and on television for roles such as on Weeds and Bones. Deschanel is also known an accomplished musician for her collaboration with M. Ward with She & Him.

Deschanel recently talked to the media about the upcoming season of New Girl.
