Note from the editor: I have included interviews under exclusive if they are private or one-on-one or in person interviews. These were not part of press conference calls or group discussions. These are exclusives that are currently published here at SciFi Vision or as part of one of SciFi Vision's own podcasts, or in some early cases at Media Blvd. Magazine.

I also have chosen to include some interviews from press events that are only open to a select few and not the general press or public, such as convention press rooms and everything from the Syfy Digital Press Tours, set tours, etc. as although they are not entirely exclusive, they do contain exclusive photos and sometimes videos that no other site has (I have started to mark some of these as "Spotlight" as opposed to "Exclusive, but they still remain in this category"), or may be about my own experiences only at the events. Note that in a few specific cases, the set tours were exclusive and specifically for SciFi Vision.

All of the articles unless otherwise noted were written by me, Jamie Ruby, and are copyright © 2017 Sci-Fi Vision. If you would like to post an article on your own site, please let us know first. Please do not use any of the exclusive photos or videos on your own site without permission (it will usually be given). You can find the rest of our published articles, including both interviews and reviews under articles.

Spotlight: "See" Roundtable Interviews #3

SeeSciFi Vision recently participated in several press roundtables for Apple TV+’s epic series See.

Our final roundtable included one of See’s lead characters, Alfre Woodard, as Paris, an elder, advisor, and midwife who ranks high within the Alkenny’s hierarchy. Paris is like family to Jason Momoa’s lead character, Baba Voss. Paris is a trusted resource for Baba and his family. Her friendship and loyalty help them hide the secret that could change the whole world of See.

Yadira Guevara-Prip plays the Alkenny tribes’ dual characters, Bow Lion and The Shadow. Bow Lion is the daughter of The Dreamer, who stands with Baba Voss on the battlefield. The Shadow is a mysterious figure who moves in silence and can’t be detected unless she wants to be. She is playful almost like a nymph or fairy. Yadira’s dual role helps to build the folklore and tales that have spanned generations since the world was left blind.

Steven Knight is the writer, creator and executive producer of See. He’s created a world that is set six hundred years in the future and has a world population of only two million people. Survivors have adapted after being hit by a virus that left them blind. The world has adapted to its lack of sight and the Earth has healed itself.

With the nudging of the executive producer, Jenno Topping, Steven’s concept of the world of See has come to life.

Exclusive: Sam Littlefield Talks Batwoman

Sam LittlefieldSam Littlefield is no stranger to TV. Having appeared in NCIS, CSI: NY, and The Messengers to name a few, Mr. Littlefield has tackled many roles. All this has led to what could be the penultimate opportunity: playing a villain alongside TV's first queer female superhero. With quite a burden to bear, Sam Littlefield plays a mysterious and admittedly shifty character called Mouse who first appears in the show's third episode “Down Down Down.” This member of Alice (Rachel Skarsten)'s Wonderland Gang may be the righthand man of the series' first major baddie, but does Mouse have plans of his own for Gotham City?

SciFi Vision had the opportunity to talk to Mr. Littlefield about his role in The CW's newest cape and cowl drama, Batwoman.

Francis Lawrence directed the first four episodes and had a lot to do with the look of the series as well as keeping the continuity when bringing other directors on for future episodes.
