Lucas Bryant on the Season Finale of "Haven"

Lucas BryantBased on Stephen King's The Colorado Kid, Haven follows FBI agent Audrey Parker, played by Emily Rose, as she comes to the town of Haven and partners with local cop Nathan Wuornos, played by Lucas Bryant. The town is full of odd occurances, all stemming from many of the people of the town who have what they call "troubles." They must try to keep the town safe as they try to find out who Audrey really is.

The series' second season came to a close on Friday with "Sins of the Father." In the episode the dead rise up to settle problems and in many cases get revenge. In the episode more information is revealed about the roles people play in the town. Audrey and Nathan also continue to deal with their growing relationship. Tahmoh Penikett and Nicholas Campbell guest star.

Amanda Tapping & Robin Dunne Return for Season 4 of "Sanctuary"

Amanda Tapping and Robin DunneSanctuary, which originally started as a web series on Syfy.com, is shot almost entirely on green screen. The show follows Dr. Helen Magnus, played by Amanda Tapping (Stargate SG-1; Stargate: Atlantis) and her team, including Dr. Will Zimmerman (Cruel Intentions 2; The Skulls II), as they use their unique skills to help beings that lay outside of the realm of what most people consider normal. Some abnormals pose no threat, while others need to be kept away from humanity.

The series also stars Ryan Robbins (Battlstar Galactica; Riese) as tech Henry Foss and Christopher Heyerdahl (Stargate: Atlantis; The Twilight Saga: New Moon) as John Druitt.

This October, Sanctuary enters it's fourth season with the episode "Tempus." The season boasts great guest stars, both new and returning, including Gil Bellows (Ally McBeal; FlashForward), Peter Wingfield (24; Caprica), Jonathon Young (Eureka; Stargate: Atlantis) and Agam Darshi (The Guard; The L Word) who reprises her role as Kate Freelander.

The stars of the series, Tapping and Dunne, sat down with the digital media to talk about the upcoming season of the show, as well as the first-ever musical episode, airing Thanksgiving weekend on November 25th.

There have been at least a half-dozen singing competitions in the last few years and The Sing-Off is the best of the bunch. It's got talented contestants, excellent judges, and a likeable host with actual singing experience, but where this show really stands out is in its emphasis on technical excellence.

Exclusive: Karl Yune in "Real Steel"

Karl YuneKarl Yune, who's known for such projects as Memoirs of a Geisha and Speed Racer, will star in the film Real Steel, which opens this weekend.

The movie is set in the near future, where the sport of robot boxing has become mainstream. Charlie Kenton (Hugh Jackman), an ex-boxer, finds a discarded robot he hopes can become a champion, which he uses to get closer to his estranged son (Dakota Goyo). Karl Yune stars opposite Jackman as Tak Mashido, the man who is responsible for bringing the sport mainstream, as well as Kenton's opponent.

UP 29% AMONG MEN 18-34, 23% IN MEN 18-49 AND 18% AMONG MEN 25-54

NEW YORK – September 27, 2011 – Fueled by its quartet of popular scripted series (Eureka, Warehouse 13, Alphas and Haven) and new hit reality program Paranormal Witness, Syfy scored the most watched Third Quarter prime in its 19-year history, leaping 12% in total viewers (1.45 million).

Syfy jumped 16% in Adults 18-34 (234,000), 8% among Adults 18-49 (613,000) as well as 4% in Adults 25-54 (681,000), compared to 3Q'10.

David Hewlett & Robert Picardo Return to Syfy in "Morlocks"

MorlocksFans of Syfy will most like recognize David Hewlett and Robert Picardo from the Stargate series, as Rodney McKay and Richard Woolsey, respectively. However, they have both appeared in many other series as well. Hewlett has appeared on shows such as Sanctuary and The Closer. Picardo of course is well known for his role in the Star Trek franchise, but has also appeared in series such as Smallville and Castle. The actors have also appeared on film as well, Hewlett appeared in the recent Rise of the Planet of the Apes, and Picardo has quite a few upcoming movies, such as End of the Road and Camilla Dickinson.

Hewlett and Picardo recently sat down for an interview with the digital media to discuss Syfy's Morlocks, where creatures from the past come to the future to devour the human race. The movie airs tonight on Syfy.

Mark Lewis Talks "Paranormal Witness"

Paranormal WitnessRemember when you were a kid telling ghost stories in the dark with your friends to see who could scare the others the most? Did you ever think, "When I grow up, I'm going to seek out the true stories and scare millions with them?" Well, Mark Lewis may not have said anything like that, but he sure is delivering a show that you will want to watch with the lights on.

He and his staff go through the painstaking task of searching out the true stories and verifying the credible ones to put out on the show Paranormal Witness on the Syfy channel.

You would think that with all the stories and things that have happened to people that the stories would be stacking up, but as Mark discusses with us, it is a time consuming task. The show approaches with a skeptic professional way to give you the true version of a story, where you realize sometimes, things aren't always pleasant.

Stephen BishopFans may recognize Stephen Bishop from films such as The Rundown, Friday Night Lights, or more recently The Company We Keep. The actor has appeared in television series like Lost, Grey's Anatomy, and CSI: Miami. He can also be seen in the upcoming films Safe House and Battleship.

Starting tonight, Bishop, a baseball player in his own right, can be seen as the famous player David Justice in the new film Moneyball. The film stars Brad Pitt as the Oakland A's general manager Billy Bean, as he attempts to create a competitive baseball team based on computer data given to him by Peter Brand, played by Jonah Hill. Justice is an A's outfielder. The movie is based on Michael Lewis's book of the same name.
