This season on Transplant, actress Rekha Sharma joined the cast as Dr. Neeta Devi, Bishop (John Hannah)’s replacement as the chief of the emergency department at York Memorial. Devi has changes in mind for the way the department is run, prioritizing a patient first approach to medicine, but changes can be hard, and not everyone is on board, her position often causing tension among the staff. In tonight’s all-new episode, the season finale, Devi must stand behind her choices and hope that she can get the back up from her superiors she needs.

Tonight, a new episode of the multi-generational family drama The Way Home airs on Hallmark Channel. Last week found Kat (Chyler Leigh) separated from her daughter, Alice (Sadie LaFlamme-Snow), in a different time in the past, but it turns out to potentially be where her brother Jacob ended up all those years ago, so she is closer than ever. Meanwhile, Elliot (Evan Williams) continues to struggle both in the present and his past with how their time travel has, he feels, made his life fall apart.

Belgravia: The Next Chapter is a sequel to Julian Fellowes’ limited series Belgravia that takes place three decades later. The series stars Harriet Slater as Clara Dunn, who after her father dies marries Lord Frederick Trenchard, played by Ben Wainwright. The historical drama follows their marriage as well as the hardships they face.

Season two of the Canadian medical drama SkyMed recently premiered on Paramount Plus. The series takes place in remote Northern Canada and follows a group of nurses and pilots who work for medical rescue. This season, Bodie (Aason Nadjiwon) struggles with balancing work while raising a child, while Lexi (Mercedes Morris)’s dream promotion doesn’t go as planned.

The series Hightown, which premiered yesterday on Starz, follows Monica Raymund as Jackie Quiñones, a fishery service agent, as she ventures into the dark and corrupt underbelly of Cape Cod as she tries to find a missing woman. Tonight, the third and final season of La Brea continues on NBC with an all-new episode. The series follows a group of survivors who travel to 10,000 B.C. through a sinkhole in Los Angeles. Previously, Ty traveled through a portal and ended up back in 2021 where he had to convince Sam, who hadn’t met him yet, to help him save the survivors in the past. In tonight’s episode, Ty (Chiké Okonkwo) and Sam (Jon Seda) bring Gavin into the mix, but he’s not the only one that Ty will come into contact with from his past.

In the tonight's episode, in the aftermath of the dinosaurs’ destruction of the clearing from last week, the group moves to a new home where they must accept new leadership. Meanwhile, Sam (Jon Seda) deals with the fact that Riley (Veronica St. Clair) is now gone, after Josh (Jack Martin), against his wishes, took his injured daughter through the portal to an undetermined time. In 2021, arriving only weeks prior to the opening of the sinkhole, Ty (Chike Okonkwo) seeks help from a friend.
