Exclusive: Josh Holloway Talks Colony and What's Next in Season 2

Josh HollowaySet in the future, Colony focuses on a family living in an occupied Los Angeles, where for those who don't collaborate, there is harsh punishment. When the father, Will (Josh Holloway), is offered a job working for the occupational government, he reluctantly accepts it, believing it may help them find their son, who they were separated from during the initial invasion. However, his wife, Katie (Sarah Wayne Callies), has been secretly working for the Resistance.

Everything culminates in the season finale, in which the Los Angeles bloc is placed on lockdown after the Resistance takes one of the hosts of the occupation hostage.

Holloway, who is probably best known for his role as Sawyer on Lost, recently talked to Jamie Ruby of SciFi Vision in an exclusive interview about his work
on the series and what may be in store for season two.

Exclusive: Emma Ishta & Kyle Harris Talk Camsten & More for Stitchers Season 2

Emma Ishta and Kyle HarrisOn Tuesday, March 22nd, Stitchers returns for it's second season on Freeform, the new name for ABC Family. The series follows a secret government program where they "stitch," someone into the memories of the recently deceased. Having had devastating consequences in the past, they recruit grad student Kirsten Clark, who has temporal dysplasia, which means she doesn't perceive the passage of time and doesn't process emotions, which makes her the perfect candidate. When Kirsten is stitched, she is able to use the memories of the dead to help solve mysteries and murders.

Other members of the team include neuroscientist Cameron Goodkin (Kyle Harris), who guides the stitches, communications technician Linus Ahluwalia (Ritesh Rajan), Kirsten's friend Camille Engelson (Allison Scagliotti), who also works for the program, and head of the department, Maggie Baptiste (Salli Richardson-Whitfield).

At the end of season one, Cameron had stopped his heart so that Kirsten could stitch into his memories to learn the identity of Detective Fisher (Damon Dayoub)'s shooter. On the season premiere on Tuesday, after Kirsten successfully brings Cameron back, she has the unexpected side effect of her temporal dysplasia being gone, and her emotions come flooding back.

Star Sarah Callies Talks Colony

Sarah Wayne CalliesSet in the near future, Colony centers around a family living in an occupied Los Angeles. During the invasion they were separated from their son. When Will (Josh Holloway) is asked to work with the occupational government, he realizes it offers a chance to get his son back and reluctantly agrees. Meanwhile, his wife, Katie (Sarah Wayne Callies), has been secretly working for the Resistance.

On the last episode of Colony, Will finally confronted Katie about her actions, but she still refused to collaborate and went through with the Resistance's plans to capture one of the visitors arriving in Los Angeles.

On Thursday, in the season finale, the Los Angeles bloc is placed on lockdown in reaction to the visitor having been taken hostage.

Earlier in the week Callies, who is probably best known for her work on Prison Break and The Walking Dead, talked to the media about her work on the series.

Tory Kittles on Playing a Double Agent on Colony

Tory KittlesSet in the near future, Colony takes place in an occupied Los Angeles and focuses on a family that was separated from their son during the invasion. The father, Will (Josh Holloway), agrees to collaborate and work for the occupied government in the hopes of getting his son back. Meanwhile, his wife, Katie (Sarah Wayne Callies), is secretly part of the Resistance movement.

As part of the Resistance, Katie works with Broussard, played by Tory Kittles, who it was recently revealed is not only part of the Resistance, but an inside man working as a Red Hat for the occupational government.

Yesterday Kittles talked to the media about working on the series.

Exclusive: Arjun Gupta Talks The Magicians

Arjun GuptaTonight Syfy premieres an all new episode of its series The Magicians, based on the book series by Lev Grossman. The story follows Quentin Coldwater (Jason Ralph) who discovers that magic is real and becomes a student at Brakebills University for Magical Pedagogy.

The students all have a special discipline, including Quentin's classmate, Penny, played by Arjun Gupta, who can "travel."

Recently Gupta sat down with Jamie Ruby of SciFi Vision in an exclusive interview to talk about his work on the series.

The actor first talked about how he got the role of Penny, and why he took it on. "I got an appointment to audition for the script. It was in August when I was working on How to Get Away with Murder, and I skimmed it, and I saw Sera Gamble's name on it. I had worked with Sera a couple years before on a pilot, and so I was excited to go in for her, to talk with her, and just work with her on her projects.

Peter Jacobson, who is probably best known for his role as Dr. Taub on the series House, plays the character of Proxy Snyder, the leader of the Green Zone in occupied Los Angeles, who may be able to help them get their son back. In tonight's all new episode, he is trapped with Will and Katie during a chase threatening his life.

Yesterday Jacobson talked to the media about his work on the series.
