Early Review: Warehouse 13 - Endless Terror

By Jamie Ruby

Warehouse 13Tonight fan favorite Warehouse 13 returns to Syfy for its fifth and unfortunately final season. The episode picks off where the season four finale left off, with Paracelsus (Anthony Head) having taken over the warehouse and he and Claudia (Allison Scagliotti) in a standoff. However, it's going to take a lot more than Claudia's connection to the warehouse and quick thinking to stop him.

Warehouse 13Aside from trying to save the warehouse, some other storylines from last season are addressed, and some characters do some much needed talking.

As expected, besides the rich storyline, there is a lot of comedy as well. I especially enjoyed the team's antics as they attempt to return to the warehouse to help Claudia.

As the episode progresses, things work out quite differently than expected as the team tries to save the warehouse. Another big bad emerges, and we greet both old and new characters.

Warehouse 13New to the show in the episode is Rebecca Mader, who plays a fascinating character. I also enjoyed seeing the returning characters, and that fact the they were brought back in an unexpected way made it interesting. I especially enjoyed the storyline with one particular character, but I won't spoil the fun.

It's hard to talk a bunch about the episode without revealing the plot, which is a fun and intriguing one with some interesting gadgets. "Endless Terror" is definitely a great kickoff to a great season, even if there are only five more episodes after tonight. The best part? They only get better from here.
