Blu-ray Review: Vikings Season One

Created by Michael Hirst for the History Channel, Vikings follows Ragnar Lothbrok (Travis Fimmel), as he defies the ruler, Earl Harraldson (Gabriel Byrne), and eventually becomes leader of the Viking tribes when others follow him west in search of treasure, rather than east as Haraldson has decreed. The series also shows his family life with wife Lagertha (Katheryn Winnick), a shield maiden, and their children. Ragnar has a strained relationship with his brother Rollo (Clive Standen) as they don't always see eye to eye.

Herrera, Belmonte, & Michael Talk Naked Vegas, Prermiering Tonight on Syfy

Tonight after Face Off, Syfy premieres Naked Vegas, a new six-part docuseries focusing on artists who work in body painting in Las Vegas. The team consists of five artists, including Nicholas "Nix" Herrera (Face Off) and Kelly "Red" Belmonte. Themes include a zombie wedding, Steampunk, and much more.
Recently Herrera, Belmonte, and executive producer Terence Michael talked to the digital media about the new series.

The future just got brighter. Emmy and Tony Award-winning actor John Larroquette (“Night Court”) will guest-star in a recurring role on ALMOST HUMAN, the new adrenaline-filled drama set in 2048. The buddy-cop thrill-ride premieres with a special two-night series premiere on Sunday, Nov. 17 (8:00-9:00 PM ET/PT) and Monday, Nov. 18 (8:00-9:00 PM ET/PT) on FOX.
Larroquette, best known for his Emmy Award-winning performance on the comedy “Night Court,” will recur as “Nigel,” a genius roboticist who is sympathetic, highly intelligent and a bit broken. Larroquette is also known for his work on “The John Larroquette Show,” “The Practice,” “Boston Legal” and “Night Court.” In 2011, he won a Tony Award for his Broadway debut in the revival of “How To Succeed In Business Without Really Trying,” alongside Daniel Radcliffe.
