In the season five premiere, "Welcome to the Newpocalypse," Warren recovers from the drone crash with handsome, mysterious, Cooper, while Doc and the others finally arrive in Newmerica, where they meet George, who is helping form the new country.

Below are three teases from the fifth season of Z Nation. Z Nation premieres Friday 10/5 at 9/8c. Check them out below.

The television series, The Gifted, is set within Marvel’s X-Men universe, but in an alternate timeline where the X-Men have left. In the series, the government is trying to eradicate all mutants.

The story starts in Atlanta, Georgia, when Clarice Fong (Jamie Chung), known as Blink, a mutant with teleporting abilities, escapes from prison. After being tracked by John Proudstar/Thunderbird (Blair Redford), she is brought by his group to the mutant underground, where they run a safe haven for mutants.

Meanwhile, mutant Lorna Dane/Polaris (Emma Dumont), is captured by the anti-mutant Sentinel Services and sent to prison, where a collar is put around her neck to suppress her abilities. She is seen by district attorney Reed Strucker (Stephen Moyer), who offers her a reduced sentence if she gives up information on the underground movement. She does not.

From the get-go of the episode, Hannah John-Kamen instantly embodies the character of Aneela, as it is obvious who the boys are dealing with. I loved how they play her off to Pree (Thom Allison) as a drunk Dutch. I also liked how she continues to call John (Aaron Ashmore), Johnny Favorite, through the episode, and seems disgusted by it. Definitely not a term of endearment.

I also enjoyed the explanations that Aneela gives in the episode to help viewers finally piece together what we know about the Green. A lot I’m sure most fans had guessed, but it’s nice to get some confirmation.

Killjoys - 4.10 - "Sporemaggedon" Advance Preview

Killjoys has really stepped it up recently as you could feel it start to move towards a resolution of the current storyline with the green, closing in on the final season. The stakes have continued to climb as the team has worked to keep the Lady from entering the Quad and threatening the fate of the universe. The season finale keeps the momentum moving right until the very end.

The final episode of the season picks up with Aneela (Hannah John-Kamen) having returned from the green in Dutch’s body. The episode follows her as she brings Johnny (Aaron Ashmore) and D’av (Luke Macfarlane) into the Greenspace to defeat the Lady once and for all.

WATCH BBC AMERICA’S DOCTOR WHO OFFICIAL TRAILER – JUST RELEASED

JODIE WHITTAKER’S FIRST SEASON PREMIERES SUNDAY, OCTOBER 7^TH

The Doctor is landing soon! BBC AMERICA has revealed the official trailer for the upcoming season of Doctor Who, starring Jodie Whittaker as the Doctor. Alongside her team of friends – Ryan (Tosin Cole), Yasmin (Mandip Gill) and Graham (Bradley Walsh) – this new era is packed full of action, humor, emotion, and adventures through space and time, starting with the first episode, titled “The Woman Who Fell to Earth.”  

The BBC AMERICA premiere will start at the same time as the UK debut on-air on Sunday, October 7th (time to be announced), followed by a special encore in its new regular primetime evening slot. For the run of the season, Doctor Who will premiere regularly on BBC AMERICA on its new marquee night on Sundays.
